Business Development Manager

We are consultative salespeople. In our world, a sale is a natural byproduct of a successful investigative, helpful, and directed conversation where both parties are on the same playing field. We carefully target the clientele that organically fits us, what we do, and who we wish to work with and go from there.

In your role, you will target companies in the $5-$50M gross billings range in 2 predominant areas: hospitality and professional services. Some examples include: hospitality groups that have 3 or more locations/brands, accounting/law firms with over 20 employees, or perhaps product manufacturers with an established clientele. We specialize in serving companies that have already achieved success on their own and are anxious to get to the next level.

To be successful and to hit the ground running with us, you will need 10 years of successful sales experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years of successful marketing experience. To sell, you must ask the right questions. To ask the right questions, you need context that only that combined experience provides.

Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years in Sales Required
    • Minimum 5 Years in Marketing Required
    • 5 years Selling Marketing Helpful

Compensation

  • Salary + Commission; Commensurate with Experience
