Situation

Joyce M. Parlapiano came to us in early 2004 in the midst of her Prudential Real Estate office closing. Rather than switch careers from the high-stress environment she had experienced to yet another, she decided to try another tack and start her own brokerage.

Joyce has managed to build an impeccable reputation in the Franklin – Bellingham – Foxboro area as a truly compassionate businesswoman - realtor and agent, with the intelligence to pull together win-win situations for people doing business with her.

The challenge in her highly competitive market was to present her company as a viable “player” among her bigger competitors and to be recognized as a power player that even without Prudential’s backing.

Joyce came to Vision Advertising at the very start of this transition, even before she had named her company.

Since Joyce was coming into this without any conceptual understanding of how and what her company was going to do, we needed to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that was based on her dreams, goals and abilities, minimizing or eliminating any areas that would over-emphasize her shortcomings (size being primary), and the overall picture of where she was, where she wanted to go, and how to specifically get there.

We worked very closely with her to create her company and brand identity that really captured the essence of how she wanted to be perceived in her market.

The next step was to develop a presence for her company, beginning with a web site and search engine optimization campaign and then an ad campaign to push more traffic.

Continuing on, Joyce calls on us regularly to help her out with creative brainstorming for new ways to promote her business in “grass roots” measures.

Overall Results

Joyce abounds with positive feedback about Vision Advertising and is very pleased with the results we have helped her to achieve. The ad campaigns have brought a lot of attention and exposure to High Note Realty and continue to with each placement. The web site sees exceptional traffic generation from her web presence. She attributes a great deal of her success to our involvement, and has said several times that she couldn’t have done it without us.
