Senior Client Services Manager
Jeffrey T. Crumble, Client Services Manager, started with the company in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience and wisdom directly from his prior career in the client services arena. An experienced advisor, service specialist and problem solver, his experience includes various roles in the retail, hospitality and Real Estate markets.
Having studied in Sheffield, England, Mr. Crumble holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business with a focus on Marketing and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). With his education and experience, he brings an intuitive passion and enthusiasm to his clients that showcase his nature as a true problem solver and customer service devotee.
Mr. Crumble is committed to his involvement in community service activities, his most devoted passions centered on his work with the World Green Business Association (WGBA) and the Rape Crisis Center of Massachusetts.
In his leisure time, Mr. Crumble enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
